내용: While starting the SAFE NAVIGATION CAMPAIGN!

First of all, I would like to give my sincere thanks to all of you working hard
on vessels against turbulent waves of the Oceans for company’s prosperity
under various difficult situations.

As you are well known, large and small navigation accidents have frequently
occurred since last year such as collision, grounding accidents and violation
of navigation rules, which eventually threats our priority value, safety navigation.

Hereupon, we commence this campaign in order to re-establish and solid
our safety operation regime which leads us to reconsider the problems of
vessel operations, and think over what we should do for safety navigation.

I wish all of you working on vessels and on shore to participate this campaign
voluntarily to resume our safety navigation policy from the beginning. This
campaign should not be terminated at one time event but firmly be settled
as a new safety culture.

I again ask you to execute your own tasks according to the company’s
policy and regulation while accepting the outcomes of the campaign.
Company promise you that all policies shall be established by giving priority
to safety.
